We stand behind our products with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll make it right.

1. Refund Eligibility

Digital Products (Prompts, Templates, Tools)

  • 30-day window: Request refunds within 30 days of purchase
  • Quality issues: Product doesn't match description or has significant errors
  • Technical problems: Unable to download or access purchased content
  • Duplicate purchases: Accidentally purchased the same item multiple times

Subscription Services

  • Pro-rated refunds: Cancel anytime and receive credit for unused time
  • First 7 days: Full refund if you're not satisfied with premium features
  • Annual subscriptions: 30-day full refund window from purchase date

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Products purchased more than 30 days ago
  • Custom or personalized prompts created specifically for you
  • Products that have been significantly used or modified
  • Gift purchases (recipient may request refund)
  • Promotional or discounted items marked "Final Sale"

3. How to Request a Refund

Quick Refund Process

  2. Include your order number and reason for refund
  3. We'll review your request within 24 hours
  4. Approved refunds are processed within 3-5 business days

  • Order number or transaction ID
  • Email address associated with purchase
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Screenshots or examples (if applicable)

4. Refund Processing

Processing Times

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 1-2 business days
  • Bank Transfers: 5-7 business days
  • UPI/Digital Wallets: 1-3 business days

Refund Method

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer available, we'll work with you to find an alternative solution.
